DELIVERY

  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.

  • Tracking is currently unavailable on small pattern orders.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

  • Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Australia Post standard economy mail.
  • Shipping charges, where appropriate, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • ‌Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • The Red Boot Quilt Company is not responsible for these charges when, and if, they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please use the Contacts page, with details of the product and the defect, including pictures if possible. We’ll be able to guide you from there.
